By contacting me for a commission it’s assumed you have read and agreed to my full Terms of Service.
If you have not please take the time to do so.
I prefer to be paid with Paypal (all payments should be made to [email protected]), though I will accept other forms of payment if necessary or desired. I expect to be paid up front in part or full unless otherwise stated.
For traditional works, mark your payment as goods. For digital works, mark your payment as services. Do not send your payment as a gift; only mark a payment as a gift if it really is a gift, such as a donation or a tip.
I cannot stress the above enough - Paypal is very strict about these things, and I could lose access to my account if I do not follow the rules.
When you send the payment through Paypal, only include your FA name or personal email and info if you’re paying for any extras such as shipping, lamination, etc in the comments section. This is to avoid hassles with Paypal and makes my life easier. :)
If you are buying a traditional commission, you have the option of having your commission shipped to you. ATCs and small badges can be mailed in letter envelopes for $1 (without insurance). First Class Mail costs $3, Priority Mail is $6, insurance costs $1 extra and a tracking number costs $1 extra. I do not ship outside of the continental United States. Please include the cost of shipping with your initial payment if possible.
For small badge commissions you have the option of buying lamination, pouches and/or clips for your badge to make it wearable right out of the envelope; each cost fifty cents. Badges that cost more than $40 come with complimentary lamination and clip.
If you do not want your commission posted or shared anywhere, I will ask for an extra 25% fee that is to be included up front.
All references should be emailed to [email protected]. Please include the name I know you by (or can find you with) and what you’re receiving (for example, “GenericFurry from FA’s deluxe badge”) as the email’s subject.
I prefer up-to-date references and concise, commission-relevant information; this makes it easier to complete a commission in a timely manner. I also prefer that reference images be sent as attachments in the email, in case of site downtime, though this is optional.
Please tell me up front if your art requires a deadline, whether or not you want something shipped (and how you want it shipped), if you do (or don’t) want lamination, if you want a clip or a pouch, if it’s a gift, or if it should not be published. I will assume that there is no deadline, you don’t want shipping or lamination or anything else, that your commission isn’t a gift or is okay to be posted if I am not told otherwise.
